Making a Living

I am inspired, both professionally and personally, by the Maya Angelou quote. “I’ve learned that making a living is not the same thing as making a life.” I decided to put gouache and pen to paper, to commemorate the important theme of balance.

Whenever possible I try to exercise my art muscles. Picking up pens and brushes relaxes the impulse to control every element that comes from design work.
