THE DREAM (FRENCH) HAIRDO

I was thinking lately about the hairdos I envy, and want to copy the most, and how they usually are on the heads of French women. I started gathering images of my favorites, of course Anna Karina, Jane Birkin, Francoise Hardy, and Charlotte Gainsbourg…and all of sudden it came together, like the reveal of a good mystery. All of these woman have very similar hairdos, coincidence or just French genes? For me, it’s that no-fuss, barely styled, long hair with side swept bangs, and just the right amount of youthful highlights look. Unfortunately for me though, I have an insane cowlick that has made any bang cut I’ve ever gotten resemble a bad toupee part. BUT, a girl can dream! How about you?
