Combining my love of cult movies, specifically the 1985 Mad Max classic Beyond Thunderdome, and my growing desire to work in embroidery, I created this nod to the classic “Home Sweet Home” stitching of yore.
I created a subtle gradation in the threads by combining two colors at once and slowly transferring them out.
