Wedding Invite

This wedding invitation started with a “camp themed” request from the couple. Their wedding would take place in a scenic outdoor environment filled with trees, yurts and campfires. They wanted the feel to be playful, yet modern.

I played with a collage style approach, first stylizing the imagery and then layering camp iconography throughout.

I love the unconventional approach this couple took to both their wedding planning and the look of their invitation suite. To match the unique tone, I went with an unconventional tri-fold layout for the main invitation. The three-day weekend plan then mimicked a camp schedule.

Clean, modern fonts and bold colors were used to keep the suite feeling contemporary. All pieces were printed on post-consumer, 140 lb muscletone paper.
